G’bad Municipal Commissioner warns officials against laxity

At Mohan Nagar Zone several lacunae in work executed by the GNN were found

Once again Municipal Commissioner, Dinesh Chandra Singh has taken strict cognizance of negligence of his staff after visiting Mohan Nagar Zone today accompanied by AMC Shiv Pujan Yadav, horticulture incharge, SP Varshney and others. The MC found that green belt near Karheda Road, Loni Road and civil terminal road was littered with polythene, old clothes and paper. Upon this he reprimanded the officials and asked them to clean the area in 2 days.

Along the Hindon civil terminal road it was found that about 30-40% plants had dried due to lack of watering. It was directed that the concerned contractor should replace the plants in a week’s time otherwise if loss is incurred by the Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam, the salary of senior officials will be cut.

Silt was found littered at Pasonda for which the area sanitation supervisor was directed to get going with cleaning & lifting of the silt from today itself.

From Mohan Nagar to Loni Road the stone mesh on both sides of the footpath was found to be broken upon which the MC instructed that FIR be registered against unknown persons and the stone wall be repaired at the earliest.
