On finding several areas of Mohan Nagar and City zones such as Navyug Market, Thakurdwara Marg, Naya Bus Adda, Arthala Road, Nagfani, Karheda Road, Hindon Airforce Intersection and Sikanderpur littered, Municipal Commissioner, Dinesh Chandra Singh reprimanded the officials and sanitation staff and warned them of dire consequences if the mistake is repeated in future. He also asked the horticultural staff to take proper care of saplings planted along the stretch between Sikandepur Mod and Hindon civil terminal. He directed the AMC and horticulture incharge to plant varieties of plants to beautify the place.
The MC also took note of sale of construction material near the airport vicinity and directed senior Nigam official to make a survey of whether this was being done on Nigam land after encroaching upon it and if that was true to comply with the NGT order on such illegal sale.
At Sai Upwan it was found that dried leaves were strewn across the place upon which officials were directed to clean up the place and to make manure out of the leaves and further the leaves should not be allowed to be burned by anyone.
The MC also found that the compost converting machine at Sai Upwan was dysfunctional. The machine is sued to turn pooja material and leftovers from sabzi mandi into manure. Dinesh Chandra Singh was furious that the machine was not in a working state and severely reprimanded the senior officials to get it working soon.
