Gurugram DC Vinay Pratap Singh assured the industry representatives that permissions and services would be granted under Right to Service Act. He said that through IT solutions it is easier to know where the file is held up and hence to fix the responsibility of the respective official or employee.
Singh was speaking as Chief Guest of Industrial Development Association (IDA) at its annual general meeting on Wednesday evening. The DC said that the state has with the establishment of Haryana Enterprise Promotion Centre (HEPC) has brought all services concerning the industry on a portal. Recently, HEPC mobile app was also launched at Vibrant Gujarat Summit said Singh and added that with IT enabled initiative transparency and ease has come in. He claimed that with this permission and NOC has become easier.
Singh further said that committee under the DC can grant CLU up to 1 acre but in Gurugram only 3 such cases have come by in the last 3 years. He also said that a district level grievance committee has been formed.
Vinay Pratap Singh informed the industrialists that the administration is mulling over regularisation of industrial units at Daulatabad village in Gurugram and basic amenities are being provided in industrial areas. He praised the unique concept of Bartan Bank started by the IDA. Under this free of cost utensils are made available to events held in the city and thereafter the host returns the cleaned utensils to the association. This way use of plastic is curbed.
