Three persons namely Ravi, Rahul and Amit accused of looting a collection agent Sachin in the month of August were apprehended near Shipra Underpass by a team of cops from Indirapuram Police Station, it was disclosed by SP City Shlok Kumar. The collection agent was reportedly outside Shipra Mall on August 28 while he was collecting cash from various clients. The accused looted him of the cash bag he was carrying as well as his Splendor motorcycle. The company that he worked for Radiant Management Cash Collection Ltd, Jhandewalan, Delhi suspected Sachin of masterminding the loot and filed a case against him, however these allegations came out to be without any basis.
Police investigations conducted by Chowki Incharge of Shipra Sun City, SI Kuldeep Singh who scanned the CCTV footage and through informers revealed that Sachin’s first paternal cousins carried out the loot. They are namely Ravi and Amit. Out of the 2, Amit reportedly had worked with the cash collection company in the past and he roped in his friends Rahul and others to commit the loot.
Indirapuram police recovered Rs 1.51 lakh cash, looted Splendor bike, one Pulsar bike used in crime and 3 knives from the accused. The police team was led by SHO Nazir Ali Khan, SI Kuldeep Singh, SI Jitendra Chauhan (Vasundhara Chowki) and other cops.
