Sant Kabir Nagar Police is daily conducting drives to nab suspicious persons outside banks, institutions and public places. In the latest, 3 accused were apprehended by Sant Kabir Nagar Police for keeping knives in their possession. Dudhara cops nabbed one accused Mohammad Jalil with a knife. Mehndawal Thana cops arrested 2 more accused Ramcharan and Ramjeet with one knife each.

A person namely Shamsher Banjara with warrant against him was nabbed by a team of Bakhira police.

PRV of the Day went to cops deployed at PRV 2545 who helped in escorting an injured person to a hospital nearby thereby saving his life. The cops had received information about an accident under Khalilabad Police Station. They responded to call of duty and reached the accident spot in 7 minutes. The staff consisted of HC Chandrabhan Mishra and constables Satwant Shahi and Rajan Prasad.

Under the MV Act, the police also imposed and recovered a fine of Rs 10,900 from 46 errant motorists/two-wheeler owners and challaned 5. A special drive was once again launched outside banks.
At least 15 persons were also detained for disturbing peace: Khalilabad PS (3); Dhanghata PS (6); Mahuli PS (2); and, Dharmsinhwa PS (4). 

Under Anti-Romeo drive 4 youths were detained who were later released after they submitted an apology not to repeat the offence again.
