In the update of the illicit liquor factory that was busted by Ghaziabad Police at Loni, SSP Vaibhav Krishna informed that the person running the illicit liquor factory Ravi, presently a resident of DLF Ankur Vihar, and who is absconding has been found to be the kingpin of the racket and has been declared a wanted criminal by the SSP. A reward of Rs 25,000 has been kept on his head.

The 2 accused arrested as reported earlier are Shobharam- who owns the illegal factory and Arvind Singh. The police recovered 44 cartons of Mr India Tohfa brand; 4 drums of country liquor of 200 litres each; wrappers; cardboard packings; chemical used in making illicit liquor, among other articles and ingredients.
A second factory at the instance of the accused was also busted from which the police recovered Officers Choice liquor 2 cartons; PKI Gold – 6 cartons, Santara- one carton, 20 litres orange flavour; 5 machines for making the caps of bottles, among others.
