Haryana Police has prepared a new work plan to put a check on crimes at highways and to provide instant assistance to road accident victims. As many as six Sub Traffic Booths have been established at Delhi-Jaipur Highway from Kapdiwas Border to Jaisinghpur Khera Border.
A police spokesman said that the aim of the police is to put a check on crime on highways and to provide instant assistance to road accident victims. As many as 36 trained police personnel has been deputed at these booths. He said that three officers would remain on duty at day time and three at night time at these booths. For assistance at highways, people can call at 7419757501, 7419757502, 7419757503, 7419757504, 7419757505 and 7419757506. These police riders would be fully trained and equipped with all facilities, and would be able to save lives of accident victims by giving first aid to them.
With a view to put a check on crime against women, five women riders would be deputed in the Rewari city. Women can call these women riders at 7419757507, 7419757508, 7419757509, 7419757510 and 7419757511. After getting the call, riders would instantly reach the spot, he added.
