Foremost friends, India and Israel today once again will start a new chapter in their warm exchanges in recent times with Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu arriving today at New Delhi on a six day visit to India.  Straight after landing PM Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted ‘My first visit to India, a world power that is strengthening its relations with Israel. I am excited about this historic week that will further strengthen Israel’s international standing’.

Netanyahu said that with this vist bilateral relations between the two countries will be further strengthened. This visit is an opportunity to enhance cooperation with a  global economic, security, technology and tourism power. The Israeli PM will be visiting Delhi, Agra, Mumbai and Gujarat in his 6-day itinerary. Both countries will sign MoUs in  several sectors such as oil and gas, renewable energy, amended protocol for airports, cyber security, among others, said a news report. The Ministry of Health will be signing an agreement with Israel’s Saare Tzedek Hospital.
