Indane refill booking through social media pages of Facebook and Twitter was launched by IndianOil. Speaking on the occasion, Director (M) emphasized the need to leverage technology and the growing social media to provide simpler and effective options to customers of the products and services of IndianOil that is the first company among the Oil Marketing Companies to launch refill booking through social media pages, providing the customers an additional option for booking. The programme has been developed by the CRM group of Corporate IS.

Indane refill booking can be done through Facebook for the first time by following certain simple steps like opening facebook app in the mobile, accessing IndianOil official page and clicking on “Book Now” option. As the customer is already logged in the Facebook with his/her profile, they are required to click on “Continue as ….” to confirm accessing page through respective Facebook credential. LPG ID is to be entered, followed by a click on the “Book Now” tab to complete booking and get confirmation. Booking subsequent connections become far easier with much fewer steps.
